For many years, I have been dedicated to yoga, teaching ESP (English for Specific Purposes) courses, and training in soft skills such as communication, empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. These skills are essential for healthy personal development and interpersonal relationships. I integrate yoga into therapeutic practices focused on training emotional balance through breath and movement. This approach helps reduce mental tension and cultivates the ability to maintain inner stability.My journey with yoga began in Liptov under the guidance of Miro Maduda and Ivan Malek. I later continued my education in Indonesia, where I had the opportunity to learn from teachers such as Manish Pole and Amalia Safi and obtained RYT 500.
I specialise in breathing techniques, Pranayama, Yoga nidra and as well as practices that support sleep. I regularly lead Hatha and Yin yoga sessions, both of which are closely connected with breath work and relaxation techniques. In my work, I also integrate insights from psychology and place strong emphasis on mental health, aiming to create a harmonious space for both body and mind.
Through practice, we will gently harmonise your body, mind, and soul, while learning breathing techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and everyday tension.
